Anecdote and Simon Duhamel teamed up to create the visual campaign presenting the collaboration between Vans Canada and Off the Hook to celebrate the stores’ 20th anniversary.The shoes have been designed to pay homage to the different neighborhoods where the stores took roots over the years in Montreal: Downtown, Old Montreal and Le Plateau.
Our approach for each video was to create a monochromatic mood and ambiance reflecting the shoes design and Vans’ brand new ComfyCouche technology while instilling the whole production with a true Montreal vibe. Live action, 3D animation, illustration and motion design come together to create this multi-disciplunary visuel eye candy, celebrating the brand’s creativity.
